Rooms were a great size, clean and quiet. The walls must be thicker here than your average hotel, which is a huge plus! Breakfast was very average. For the cost of the hotel I’d expect a little more. Maybe some fresh berries for the oatmeal. It would be nice to have some variety if you were staying more than a couple of days on the hot food. Our only big negative was that one time I stood at the front desk waiting for an employee to come for 10 minutes. I said “Hello” to try to get the attention of the front desk worker if they were nearby, but no one came. It was strange!

Read the reviews so I wasn’t sure what to expect. My room was clean. It smelled good. The hotel in general was clean. Bed was a nice standard hotel bed. Fridge was already on a cold and we know some places don’t do that. The staff was friendly. I had no issues I had to ask help for but based on my limited interaction I’m sure that would have helped/ felt safe the entire time. The lady who makes breakfast was super friendly and funny. Spend a second to thank her for the spread, her breakfast potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Close to a supercharger so really convenient for me. The ONLY negative was not knowing how to turn the volume down on the Peleton bike. Pretty sure that’s on me. In closing to quote the former vice president “it’s no joke, seriously folks I’m not joking” the stay was great

I was hoping the reviews were exaggerated but they aren't unfortunately. Housekeeping needs an overhaul. Got in our suite last night for our one month stay and found the following: mirror by front door not clean, cooking utensils have water spots all over them and need replaced due to melting during use, LR table literally falling apart, lamp shade in LR torn up, LR curtains have some sort of white crusty spots all over them (I'll tell myself it's donut icing), bedroom heat barely works (blows ice cold for several minutes before putting out any heat), dirty walls and stained up carpet. Limited parking, especially for trucks with trailers. The service however is great though, friendly staff, breakfast is awesome.

While the layout of the rooms was nice, unfortunately this was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in (and I travel alot!). When I called the front desk for housekeeping to please come up, they were responsive and came up quickly. They put new sheets on the bed at my request because it was clear the sheets had NOT been changed, they wiped off the desk chair because there was literally crusted food or something left on there from the previous guest, there were obvious cobwebs on the wall which were visible so I'm not sure why they were not cleaned. Unfortunately I didn't see the dirt in the pull-out couch when they were in there but later when we opened it the amount of food dirt that fell out was unacceptable. It was night time so we left it to be cleaned the next day (did NOT sleep in that bed) but unfortunately, nope - still there the next day - CLEARLY VISIBLE on the carpet. Not cleaned up or vacuumed. I try to be a reasonable customer and give grace to staff and not complain but this was an unacceptable experience. The water in all areas of the room took nearly 20 minutes to warm up each time we wanted to use it. When I spoke to maintenance, the reason given was because our room was far down the hall, furthest away from the boiler. He suggested turning on bathroom sink, shower and kitchen sink at the same time on hot to speed up the temp anytime we wanted hot water. Again, I stay in much bigger hotels for work and other travels and have never had this experience. The main ceiling fan light bulb did not work. When asked for a replacement, there were none in stock so that light did not work for the length of our stay.They did not have a lightbulb in the building to replace when they had this particular light in all of the rooms? The location was ideal for US because we were there for a specific reason nearby - otherwise, not much to do in that area.
